What can I have engraved?

Entering too many characters may cause a delay to your order so please carefully read the guide below which shows how many characters you can expect to fit per row.

Your tag will be engraved exactly as you type it, so please carefully check your spelling. Engraving is supplied in upper case text.

Please note that the character limit includes spaces, any tags which are not an enameled circular design (i.e. plain silver bones/Swarovski etc) will feature a different text limit and may be engraved double-sided. We will contact you if there are any issues with the layout.

What should I have engraved?

The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a ID tag. Your telephone number is optional (but strongly advisable).
