The articulated StormSleeves move with your dog rather than against them, and the leash portal means it works over most harnesses without having to choose between the two. A hem cinch dials in the fit, and reflective accents keep them visible when the light drops.
Lightweight and uninsulated, it layers well over a fleece for colder days, or wears alone when it's just wet.
