This website is operated by Barks & Bunnies. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Barks & Bunnies. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We offer subscription products and services which involve recurring charges. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge you on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription terms selected at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any subscription product or service at any time with reasonable notice.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In any jurisdiction where limitation of liability is restricted by law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

SECTION 20 - SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

Our Subscription Boxes

The Fetch Box, The Forage Box, and The Fetch & Forage Box are rolling monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to your payment method being charged automatically on your renewal date each month until you cancel.

Billing

Your subscription begins on the date of your first order and renews on the same date each month. Payment is taken automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. You can update your payment details at any time through your account portal.

Price Changes

We'll always give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to your subscription price. You'll hear from us directly by email, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Your continued subscription after that date means you're happy with the updated price.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — no hoops, no hard feelings. Log into your account portal to manage your subscription, including pausing, skipping, or cancelling. Please cancel at least 7 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. If you need a hand, email amy@barksandbunnies.co.uk and we'll sort it for you.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take great care curating every box, but you know your pet best. Please check all ingredients and products carefully before giving anything to your pet, particularly if they have known allergies, food sensitivities, or dietary requirements. If you'd like us to avoid specific ingredients, just let us know in your order notes or drop us an email — we'll always do our best to accommodate.

Barks & Bunnies cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Toy and Chew Sizing

All toys and chews are selected for the size indicated at the time of your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure the size you've chosen is appropriate for your pet. We ask that you include your dog's breed in your order notes at checkout — this helps us make sure everything we pack is right for them. When it comes to balls, we always size up rather than down.

Please supervise your pet with all toys and chews at all times, and remove anything that becomes damaged or poses a choking risk.

If you have any concerns about the suitability or size of a toy or chew in your box, please do not give it to your pet. You know your pet best — if in doubt, don't use it. You're welcome to contact us at amy@barksandbunnies.co.uk, but please note that product suitability decisions remain the responsibility of the owner at all times.

Where a product is believed to be unsuitable, please do not use it and contact us at amy@barksandbunnies.co.uk. If a return is agreed, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Barks & Bunnies.

Missing or Damaged Items

If anything arrives damaged or is missing from your box, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll put it right. Email amy@barksandbunnies.co.uk with your order number and a photo if possible.
