Delivery

Delivery is probably the most normal thing about us.
You order, we pack it, Royal Mail deliver it to your door.
What's inside the box though - that's where we can do something extraordinary.

Here's everything you need to know.

Postage & delivery costs

Orders over £39 include free delivery.
A complimentary treat for your doorstep.
Free delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Everything else:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.60

For larger orders, postage is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel - you'll always see the cost before you pay. If it's more than you'd like to spend, drop us a message and we'll see if we can find better.

When will it arrive?

Every order is packed by us — with Orla and Kizzie supervising. No warehouse, no conveyor belt, no third parties. Just us, making sure it goes out properly. Most orders go out within 1-2 working days, sometimes a little longer.

We use Royal Mail Tracked, so you'll get a tracking link the moment it's on its way to you. They aim to deliver within 2-3 working days for Tracked 48, or the next working day for Tracked 24.

If you need something by a specific date, just drop us a message before you order and we'll do our best to make it work.

How we pack your order

We reuse packaging that comes in with stock - air pockets, boxes, whatever can go around again. We pick the smallest box we can for every order. Nothing goes in without us thinking about it first.

Every order we pack and send ourselves comes with a handwritten note from us. Add your pet's name in the cart before you check out and we'll write it to them - all of them, if you have more than one. Something to stick on the fridge, tuck in a drawer, or keep as part of the life you're building together.

We send your My Pets Are Home Card when your first order is something we pack and send ourselves - a small card to carry in your purse or wallet. If anything ever happens while you're out, whoever finds it knows exactly who to call to make sure your animals are safe at home. It takes two minutes to fill in. It loves them for a lifetime.

If your order is sent directly from the maker, we won't be able to include the note or card - but if it's a gift and that matters, drop us a message before you order and we'll see what we can do.

Some items arrive from the maker

A small number of products - including everything from Bowl & Bone Republic - are sent directly to you from our suppliers. Delivery and returns information for these items is on the product page, and it's worth a read before you order - returns can work a little differently.

Red Dingo ID Tags

Red Dingo tags are made to order and dispatched directly by our supplier. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, though occasionally it can be up to 10.

Pre-Orders

If your basket includes a pre-order alongside something in stock, we'll send everything together once it's ready. If you'd like the in-stock bits sooner, just get in touch — we're happy to split it, though you'll need to cover the extra postage.

Outside the UK?

We're not currently shipping internationally through the website. If you'd like to place an order for delivery outside the UK, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
