The UPF 50+ outer layer does double duty, keeping the sun off your dog's back while the cooling works underneath. When it dries out, re-soak it. That's the whole system.

Six adjustment points give you a fit that actually holds. The padded handle is there when you need to lift or steady. Three leash attachment points, including a chest loop for dogs that pull, mean it works for a short neighbourhood outing or something longer.
