Every box is built around your dog and rabbit. Their sizes, their breeds, what we've already sent them, and anything else you tell us about them.

If your dog has allergies or things they can't eat - no chicken, no fish, grain free, whatever it is - just pop it in the order notes at checkout. We'll make sure every treat in the box is right for them.

Rabbits are individuals. If yours has opinions about chamomile, or turns their nose up at anything that isn't dandelion, tell us in your order notes and we'll do our best. No guarantees - we're working with what's in stock, but we'll always try. If they have a sensitive tummy, tell us that too.

Have a guinea pig? Just let us know in your order notes and we'll make sure everything in the box is right for them too.

Not sure which size is right for your dog? If your Labrador thinks they're a lap dog, tell us in your order notes and we'll size the toy down to suit them. If your Terrier has big dog energy, we can size up. Got more than one dog? Just let us know and we'll make it work.

Choose how often your box arrives - every month, every two months, or every three. Or just the once as a gift - for the pet owner who has everything, or for the animals who deserve everything. Skip a delivery, pause for a while, change your frequency, cancel anytime. Just cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
