Planet Dog's tough toy guarantee is one of the best there is.

Since their first toy sold in 1997, every product they make is 100% guaranteed and guaranteed to be non toxic and free from manufacturing defaults.

So if your dog chews or destroys their new toy, or something else just isn't quite right contact us. 

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason contact us via amy@barksandbunnies.co.uk and we will work to replace your product, find a better alternative for your dog or refund/credit you. Please see below for further details.

How does it work?

If your dog damages their new toy contact us, we will ask you to send us photos (on rare occasions we may ask you to send us the toy). We then talk it over with Planet Dog UK to establish whether your dog might be better suited to a different toy or a replacement of the existing on - this is largely determined based onthebreedof your dogand the type of damage to the toy.

Postage Costs

We ask that you paythepostage costsfor sending you any replacement toy and any difference in the price of a toy as recommended by Planet Dog.

If we can't find a solution we will offer you a full refund on the price you paid for the toy–butit's never happened yet!
