If you have received a Ruffwear item that you purchased at Barks & Bunnies and suspect has a defect, please let us know. Or if you have any problem at all with your item please get in touch so we can see if we can help put it right, it may not be covered under the Trail Tested Promise but we would love to be able to try and fix the problem for you.

The guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

• Improper use or misuse of the product
• Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
• Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire
