The car harness that's earned the right to be called one.

The Load Up is Ruffwear's answer to a question they heard again and again: a vehicle restraint harness built from quality materials, that a dog would actually be comfortable wearing. Strong, secure, and designed from a dog's perspective - it's as much about comfort over long hauls as it is about safety when it matters.

Strength-rated forged aluminium slide buckles make it easy to get on and off, and the padded construction means dogs can wear it through rest stops and bathroom breaks without needing to be unclipped. A universal seatbelt loop threads through any existing seatbelt and keeps the attachment point low at the base of the back - so dogs can stand, sit, and settle as they please, and stay upright in the event of a sudden stop.

The Load Up has been dynamically crash tested at an independent facility under FMVSS 213 conditions with 25lb, 45lb, and 75lb dog mannequins. In all three tests, the mannequin stayed upright and on the seat.
