What's the best way to stuff and freeze treats in the chamber?

Peanut butter, mashed banana, and wet food all work brilliantly and keep your dog busy longest. For a longer-lasting challenge, freeze the toy overnight once it's packed - it turns a quick snack into a proper puzzle.
