Free Emergency Contact Card T&C's

1. To qualify for your free emergency contact card to be sent with your first order you must not be ordering an item delivered by our partners. Free cards will only be despatched with items held in stock by Barks & Bunnies and at our discretion. Cards can be purchased separately with a delivery charge to pay at checkout.

Sale T&C's

1. On occasions when we run sale promotions, some products will be excluded from the discount, these products are selected at the discretion of Barks & Bunnies but will be clear to see as they will be displayed at full price.
2. If the item you are interested in is excluded from the sale you can contact us to see whether we are able to include it or help in any other way but please note it will take time for us to look and this would often be over a weekend so there may be times where we are unable to help.
3. No discount codes can be used when a product is listed at a discounted price.

Pre-order T&C’s

1. Please note that discounts on pre-order items are not available unless the discount is already shown when visiting our store.
2. No codes are redeemable against pre-order items.
3. If ordering multiple items as well as a pre-order item your entire order will be posted as one parcel unless you contact us separately to make other arrangements.
4. Payment will be captured within 5 working days from when you place your order or sooner if the items on pre-order arrive earlier.
5. If payment is taken and you wish to then cancel your order your full payment will be refunded. If we have already posted your order then it will be subject to our normal returns policy. 

Competition T&C’s

1. Entry information will not be passed to any third parties.
2. Prizes are open worldwide (gift voucher prizes only) and to residents of United Kingdom Mainland.
3. Winner receives prize as described on image/poster/status update
4. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part to any stated prize
5. Barks & Bunnies have the final decision in all matters
6. Competition dates are decided by Barks & Bunnies
7. By entering you consent for your answer/entry to be published across all our social media platforms at any time during the competition whether a winning entry or not
8. In the event that we are unable to contact any of the winners within 28 days of the initial notification we reserve the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve.
9. Winners will be notified by email and also announced on our social media channels
10. The promoter’s decision in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into
11. If the winning entrant is not a part of mainland Britain as determined by Royal Mail terms for postage costs you will be asked to pay the cost of shipping.
