The reflective material is woven directly into the Tubelok webbing strands rather than applied on top, so it won't crack, peel, or fade over time. Because a lead streams outward from your dog's collar or harness, it's also less likely to be hidden by fur than a collar - and it catches headlights and torchlight well.
