Use the size chart to select the appropriate size for your dog. Measurement is around the widest part of the rib cage.
In between sizes? Choose the smaller size.
While each style of Ruffwear apparel is designed for its intended use, this guide generalizes the fit in three ways. The Stumptown is a Relaxed Fit with vest coverage and side-release buckles for easy on/off, the image below demonstrates the coverage style which varies across all coats in the Ruffwear range.

With a modern, quilted design, the Stumptown is at home in urban environments and holds its own on the trail with its abrasion-resistant exterior shell. Recycled polyester insulation provides cozy warmth on clear, cold days, and the leash portal on the back allows the Stumptown to be worn over most harnesses.
Ideal when weather conditions are cold and clear the Stumptown will help keep your dog warm and if you get caught out in a light shower the DWR finish will help repel water.
Durable Fabric
When out on walks with your dog you sometimes need a coat that can cope with a little bit more than normal and the Stumptown Jacket does just that with it's 300D polyester ripstop shell fabric built to be strong and abrasion resistant.
Harness Compatible
A handy harness hole located on the back of the coat allows quick lead access to your dog's harness so that the coat can easily be slipped over your dog if the weather suddenly turns chilly.
Eco-Friendly Insulation
Doing it's bit to help the environment it features recycled polyester insulation so your dog can keep warm on walks while helping care for the planet too.
Reflective Trim
With a reflective trim to help keep your dog visible in low light conditions you can also use the dedicated light loop on the back of the coat to add the Ruffwear Beacon Light giving increased visibility when needed.
