If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. You are responsible and bear all costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
Unless faulty, this should be within 28 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we mean that you have kept the packaging, all labels are still attached and that the item is unused, undamaged, free from pet hair and free from pet odour.
We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on perishable items such as pet treats, edible items, handmade and personalised products.

How to return your item:
Please contact us for the correct returns address as items in your order may have been sent from different locations as noted on our delivery page. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and a delay in processing your refund.
Once we receive your return we will inspect it and if it complies with the conditions above we will process your refund payment, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund. We’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
This includes clearance or price matched items. For faulty items, please contact us.
In addition to the Conditions of our Returns policy;
We will send you one free exchange per order (UK Mainland delivery addresses only) when you contact us within 14 days of your order date. Exchanges outside of this period are at our discretion and will be subject to our standard shipping charges. Our free exchange policy does not apply to dog beds & other large items sent by courier.

All Bowl & Bone products are subject to a separate returns/exchange policy as shown on product pages.
Any items shown on our product pages as 'Delivered by our Partners' may be subject to a separate returns/exchange policy, please contact us for details before ordering if you have any queries. They may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Danish Design products where delivery has been attempted but is unsuccessful (or refused) are subject to a returns charge of £10 per item.
