You can log into your account at any time to see your Pet Perks balance, just click on 'Get My Pet Perks' in the control panel at the bottom of your screen to instantly see how many points you have. We will also email you and let you know when you have enough 'Pet Perks' to claim your special treat.

When you decide you would like to use your Pet Perks click 'Get Reward' and you will be shown a unique code which you enter at the checkout.

To receive Pet Perks for your first order you must create an account using an email address within one month of making your purchase. If you checkout using a phone number you will not receive any points, we are unable to add points retrospectively.

Pet Perks points are valid for 12 months from receipt after which time they will expire.

Pet Perks cannot be transferred or resold, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced or used once expired. We reserve the right to cancel the scheme or change the use or value of Pet Perks at any time without notice.
