Delivery

Please find our delivery information here and see below for updates regarding any delays. 

Stock Updates

This is a fast moving situation but we will do our best to keep you updated with any currently delays or supply issues below;

  • Fluff & Tuff dog toys we are expecting stock within the next couple of weeks
  • Fuzzyard have a significant stock delay and your order may not be able to be processed
  • Small Animal Hay we have a steady supply of this arriving continually with several new arrivals, please keep checking back.
  • Danish Design are now open and orders are being processed as usual.
  • The Hay Experts are experiencing a supply issue and although stock is due to arrive it is sporadic and without confirmed dates. Please keep checking back for stock changes.
  • Rosewood Small Animal we are expecting a delivery in the next few days however please note stock is still expected to be limited.

Delivery Updates

We have recently switched from Royal Mail to DHL in order to be able to provide you with an excellent service.

If your order was recently sent via Royal Mail please note that deliveries are taking longer than normal to arrive and unless you have selected a tracked courier option at the checkout we are unable to locate your parcel. Parcels may be delayed by as much as 18 working days. We would ask you to be patient at this time.

IMPORTANT Please note that services may be affected by the current Covid-19 situation so please be patient as we work hard with our partners to navigate our way through these difficult times. Most DHL orders are delivered on a next working day service however there may be delays which are outside our control and a next day service is not guaranteed. We do not currently guarantee ANY delivery times and would ask you to be patient and understanding at this time.

Please note that if your order is delivered by our partners as shown on our product pages that we are unable to control which courier service will be used.

Additional Information

There are currently no other delays or closures we are aware of at this moment however please understand this is  fast moving situation and ALL delivery times are subject to being affected as per above.

If you are struggling to get hold of any pet supplies which are NOT listed on our website please contact us as we still have access to a wide range of suppliers and wholesalers so may be able to assist. Payment for bespoke orders would be required upfront.
