This is a fast moving situation but we will do our best to keep you updated with any currently delays or supply issues below;
We have recently switched from Royal Mail to DHL in order to be able to provide you with an excellent service.
If your order was recently sent via Royal Mail please note that deliveries are taking longer than normal to arrive and unless you have selected a tracked courier option at the checkout we are unable to locate your parcel. Parcels may be delayed by as much as 18 working days. We would ask you to be patient at this time.
IMPORTANT Please note that services may be affected by the current Covid-19 situation so please be patient as we work hard with our partners to navigate our way through these difficult times. Most DHL orders are delivered on a next working day service however there may be delays which are outside our control and a next day service is not guaranteed. We do not currently guarantee ANY delivery times and would ask you to be patient and understanding at this time.
Please note that if your order is delivered by our partners as shown on our product pages that we are unable to control which courier service will be used.

If you are struggling to get hold of any pet supplies which are NOT listed on our website please contact us as we still have access to a wide range of suppliers and wholesalers so may be able to assist. Payment for bespoke orders would be required upfront.
