All Lupine Pet Products are guaranteed for life even if chewed! 

Don't get us wrong, no collar is a match for a determined set of canine teeth so we're not saying Lupine Pet collars, harnesses and leads are indestructible but we also know that sometimes things happen.

How does it work?

Lupine created the 'even-if-chewed' guarantee for those times when something might happen to accidentally damage your Lupine product – including it being chewed – so if damaged please contact us to see if you qualify for a replacement. 

Please note that the guarantee doesn't extend to cover normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or outgrown.

Postage Costs

We ask that you pay the postage costs for sending you any replacement Lupine Pet product.
