The Guarantee in detail
How does it work?
If your dog damages their new toy contact us, we will ask you to send us photos (on rare occasions we may ask you to send us the toy). We then talk it over with Zogoflex UK to establish whether your dog might be better suited to a different toy or a replacement of the existing on - this is largely determined based on the breed of your dog and the type of damage to the toy.
Some things to note: The guarantee is limited to a one-time, one-replacement per household and postage is excluded (see below).
Postage Costs
We ask that you pay the postage costs for sending you any replacement toy and any difference in the price of a toy as recommended by Planet Dog.
If we can't find a solution we will offer you a full refund on the price you paid for the toy – but it's never happened yet!
